Controlled Environments Construction, Inc. installed two 40 ton Low-Charge Ammonia refrigeration units in San Pedro, CA for a client. The building was an existing cold storage facility that required the ability to hold product at -5°F. The building is approximately 28,000 square feet.

This is a great example of the flexibility of the next generation of Low Charge Refrigeration system.

Wastewater Lagoons are an important part of the agricultural industry. At Controlled Environments Construction, we’ve found that most people don’t consider them to be complex structures. Coordinated with the client and the architect to construct a state-of-the-art Cold Storage and Food Processing facility. The total project consisted of nearly 69,985 square feet. 32,800 of that was dedicated to USDA food processing.
